Air Marshal P. S. Bhangu
He was commissioned in Indian Air force in 1972 as a fighter pilot. He had commanded prestigious operational units of Indian Air Force and had been on deputation to foreign countries also. He had a rich experience of flying fighter planes more than 4000 hours which is an extra ordinary achievement as a fighter pilot. He had been awarded VM (Vayu Sena Medal) in 1992, AVSM (Ati Vishisht Seva Medal) in 1996 and PVSM (Parma Vishisht Seva Medal) in 2011 by President of India for his excellent services rendered to the Indian Air Force./p>
He was retired in December 2010 after serving as Air Officer Commanding in Chief of South Western Air Command (SWAC), Gandhi Nagar. He successfully completed PG Diploma Course of Memory Development & Psycho Neurobics (MDPN) Ist Batch, conducted by Tamil Nadu Physical Education & Sports University in 2011. After his retirement, he chose to do social service and co-founded SIGFA Solutions with Dr B. K. Chandra Shekhar at Faridabad and providing his constant guidance to this Non Governmental Organisation.
